Jason Post
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Post is the founder of Post Investment Group (“Post”) and serves as the President of the Company overseeing day to day operations and strategic vision of the business. Mr. Post has directed real estate transactions totaling in excess of $3.5 billion in capitalized value, has taken over 60 deals full-cycle, and has acquired and operated over 33,000 apartment units. Mr. Post brings approximately 19 years of direct real estate experience and over 21 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience to the business. In addition to his role as President of Post Investment Group, Mr. Post is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations.
Shylesh Viswanathan
Chief Financial Officer, Real Estate
Prior to joining Post, Mr. Viswanathan served for 8 years as Chief Financial Officer of a market rate multi-family and commercial real estate developer in the Los Angeles area with a $1.5 billion portfolio. He also served for 6 years as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for an affordable multi-family real estate developer in Santa Monica with nearly 100 multi-family properties. Prior to his career in the real estate industry Mr. Viswanathan worked in public accounting for 8 years at a large Los Angeles firm including as manager of audit and tax engagements. With over 22 years of experience, Mr. Viswanathan is involved with risk management, tax, reporting, and accounting operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California Los Angeles and is licensed in California as a certified public accountant (inactive).
Scott Pickett
President, Multi-family Division
Mr. Pickett serves as the President overseeing all real estate for Post Investment Group. During his time at Post, Mr. Pickett has been involved in over $2.5 billion of acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to Post, Mr. Pickett worked at Thomas Properties Group, a publicly traded, full service real estate investment company. At Thomas Properties Group, Mr. Pickett assisted in the acquisition of over 3.5 million square feet of Class A office space, $1.2 billion of property and debt acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Mr. Pickett received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles.
John Jeter
Vice President
Mr. Jeter serves as the Senior Vice President of Post Investment Group, with primary focus on overseeing assets physical integrity, investor and lender reporting, contract administration and due diligence. Prior to joining Post, John established a successful career in the real estate industry spanning over 16 years. During this time, he has functioned as a Vice President of Asset Management or Asset Manager for reputable multi-family firms including Cascade Affordable Housing (a division of Pinnacle), Southwest Housing, Tarragon Realty Investors and AIMCO. John graduated from Texas Tech University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
Adam Chrisakis
Director of Investor Relations
Mr. Chrisakis serves as the Director of Investor Relations for the Post Real Estate team, primarily focused on managing and raising high-net worth and family office capital. During his tenure at Post, Mr. Chrisakis has facilitated over $250 million in high-net worth investor equity and managed over 1,600 investors. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Chrisakis worked with EQT Exeter, raising institutional funds for their life science and office fund. Prior to his time at EQT Exeter, Mr. Chrisakis spent ten years at LA-based retail private equity firm, Westwood Financial, where he built out a fully functional investor relations department for the 50-year-old firm. Mr. Chrisakis holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
Amber Stover
Chief People Officer
Ms. Stover oversees all human resources functions including, but not limited to, general processes and documentation, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior to joining Post, Ms. Stover was a human resources and recruitment leader with Edmunds.com, Ross Dress for Less and The Walt Disney Company. She has 10+ years’ experience in recruitment and human resources. Prior to that, Ms. Stover practiced as a litigation attorney for 7 years. She is a licensed attorney in California and Michigan, having once appeared in front of the State Supreme Court of Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University for both her undergraduate and law degrees.
Greg Ferkel
General Counsel
Mr. Ferkel serves as in-house general counsel to Post, responsible for drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements in addition to overseeing all corporate, lender and investor related compliance. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Mr. Ferkel was Senior Real Estate Counsel for Roll Law Group, P.C. in Los Angeles, CA, where he closed in excess of 100 real estate transactions. Leading up to his employment with Roll Law Group, P.C., Mr. Ferkel held several real estate transactional positions with such firms as Advisors LLP and Freeman Freeman & Smiley LLP, and Mr. Ferkel began his career with Irell & Manella LLP. The breadth of Mr. Ferkel’s experience includes the negotiation, drafting and closing of acquisitions, dispositions, assumption of debt, restructuring, development and various lease transactions. Mr. Ferkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in Durham, NC and his JD from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA, and he is an active member of the California Bar.
Matt Lambeth
Vice President, Construction
Mr. Lambeth serves as the Vice President of Construction for Post Investment Group, overseeing all aspects of property capital expenditures including renovations, non-recurring repairs and maintenance, and unit upgrades. Mr. Lambeth’s primary responsibilities include capital business plan development, and the bidding, execution, and reporting of ongoing capital projects. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Lambeth served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Sky Zone. In that role he oversaw all aspects of Construction (management and field operations), Design & Engineering, Procurement, Facilities Maintenance, Real Estate Development, and Product Research & Development for 250+ locations. Mr. Lambeth has a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mark Harding
President, 1st Call Services
Mr. Harding serves as the President of 1st Call Services; Posts’ wholly owned Construction Management Company. Mr. Harding’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the scope creation, bidding, contracting and review of all capital related projects. In addition, Mr. Harding creates and implements all training curriculum for 1st Call Services training program and maintenance classes. Prior to 1st Call Services, Mr. Harding served as the Vice President of Facilities for American Housing, Senior Director of Maintenance and Training for Southwest Housing, and Regional Service Manager for Gables Residential. Mr. Harding has advanced training from the National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE), as well as The National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE).
Michele Butler
Executive Vice President of Operations, Tam Residential
Ms. Butler serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations of TAM Residential; Post’s majority owned Property Management Company. Ms. Butler leads the company’s strategic expansion growth plan nationwide and is also responsible for profit-and-loss performance on all portfolios within her oversight. Ms. Butler led Cushman & Wakefield (f/k/a Pinnacle) as a Senior Managing Director, Operations for the state of Texas over a diverse portfolio of approximately 35,000 units with a large client base including institutional to high-net-worth ownership encompassing all product types. She began her career in various leasing and property management roles with Lincoln Property Company, Greystar, The Finger Companies, Riverstone, and Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Butler currently serves on the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas Board of Directors. She received her undergraduate degree in business with a minor in marketing from Tarleton State University (Texas A&M System). She also holds a Texas Real Estate License.
Aaron Cohen
Head of Asset Management
Aaron serves as the Head of Asset Management for Post Investment Group, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing property operations, asset management, renovations, and construction activities. His primary focus lies in providing strategic leadership to ensure that the Post portfolio’s business plans are successfully executed. Originally hailing from Orange County, CA, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UCLA. With a career spanning several decades, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in multi-family investments and management, managing a portfolio of over $15 billion in multi-family assets in his previous roles. Aaron’s particular expertise is in optimizing returns while upholding the long-term quality of assets. Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about spending quality time with his family, indulging in musical pursuits, and enjoying adventurous activities like scuba diving, snowboarding, rock climbing, and skydiving.
