LEADERSHIP

Jason Post 

  • Mr. Post is the founder and CEO of both Post Investment Group and PREG, overseeing day-to-day operations and the strategic vision of the business. Mr. Post has directed real estate transactions totaling in excess of $4 billion in capitalized value, has taken over 60 deals full-cycle, and has acquired and operated over 36,000 apartment units. Mr. Post brings approximately 21 years of direct real estate experience and over 23 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience to the business. Mr. Post received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Post is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations, serving as a board member at the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC), Wende Museum, Cedars-Sinai Hospital Board of Governors, and Wags and Walks.

Scott Pickett 

  • Mr. Pickett serves as the President of the PREG Multifamily Division, overseeing all of the real estate transactions for the Company. During his time at PREG, Mr. Pickett has been involved in over $3.5 billion of acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to PREG, Mr. Pickett worked at Thomas Properties Group, a publicly traded, full service real estate investment company. At Thomas Properties Group, Mr. Pickett assisted in the acquisition of over 3.5 million square feet of Class A office space, $1.2 billion of property and debt acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Mr. Pickett received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles.

Aaron Cohen

  • Mr. Cohen serves as the Head of Asset Management for PREG, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing property operations, asset management, renovations, and construction activities. Mr. Cohen’s primary focus lies in providing strategic leadership to ensure that the PREG portfolio’s business plans are successfully executed. With a career spanning several decades, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in multi-family investments and management, managing a portfolio of over $15 billion in multi-family assets in his previous roles. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Mona Gisler

  • Ms. Gisler serves as the Chief Financial Officer for PREG, overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting for the organization. Ms. Gisler brings nearly 30 years of accounting expertise and leadership experience to her role. Prior to joining PREG, Ms. Gisler served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer for Douglas Emmett, Inc., a public Real Estate Investment Trust with over $12 billion in Class A real estate investments. Prior to her time with Douglas Emmett, Ms. Gisler spent 19 years with Deloitte, where she was a partner in the real estate practice. Ms. Gisler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration- Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach. 

Adam Chrisakis

  • Mr. Chrisakis serves as the Director of Investor Relations for PREG, primarily focused on managing and raising high-net worth and family office capital. During his tenure at PREG, Mr. Chrisakis has facilitated over $250 million in high-net worth investor equity and managed over 1,600 investors. Prior to joining PREG, Mr. Chrisakis worked with EQT Exeter, raising institutional funds for their life science and office fund. Prior to his time at EQT Exeter, Mr. Chrisakis spent ten years at LA-based retail private equity firm, Westwood Financial, where he built out a fully functional investor relations department for the 50-year-old firm. Mr. Chrisakis holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.

John Jeter

  • Mr. Jeter serves as the Senior Vice President of PREG, with primary focus on overseeing assets’ physical integrity, investor and lender reporting, contract administration and due diligence. Prior to joining PREG, John established a successful career in the real estate industry spanning over 16 years. During that time, he functioned as a Vice President of Asset Management or Asset Manager for reputable multi-family firms including Cascade Affordable Housing (a division of Pinnacle), Southwest Housing, Tarragon Realty Investors and AIMCO. John graduated from Texas Tech University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.

Greg Ferkel

  • Mr. Ferkel serves as Chief Legal Officer of Post Investment Group and PREG, where he oversees all legal matters for the companies’ businesses, including all transactional, regulatory and litigation matters, and leads the Post Investment Group and PREG legal department. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Ferkel was Senior Real Estate Counsel for Roll Global (now the Wonderful Company). Mr. Ferkel also previously worked as an attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on environmental matters involving clean water, and for such law firms as Advisors LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. In those firms, he practiced in a multitude of disciplines, including securities litigation, IP/entertainment litigation, and entertainment, real estate, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Ferkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Duke University, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is an active member of the California Bar.

Amber Stover

  • Ms. Stover serves as the Chief People Officer of Post Investment Group and PREG, overseeing all human resources functions including, but not limited to, general processes and documentation, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Ms. Stover was a human resources and recruitment leader with Edmunds.com, Ross Dress for Less and The Walt Disney Company. She has 10+ years of experience in recruitment and human resources. Prior to that, Ms. Stover practiced as a litigation attorney for 7 years. She is a licensed attorney in both California and Michigan, having once appeared in front of the State Supreme Court of Michigan. Ms. Stover graduated from Michigan State University for both her undergraduate and law degrees. Finally, she recently accepted a board appointment for a local nonprofit, Children Mending Hearts.

Matt Lambeth

  • Mr. Lambeth serves as the Vice President of Construction for PREG and Hillcrest Property Services, Post Investment Group’s wholly owned Construction Management Company. Mr. Lambeth oversees all aspects of property capital expenditures including renovations, non-recurring repairs and maintenance, and unit upgrades. Mr. Lambeth’s primary responsibilities include capital business plan development, and the bidding, execution, and reporting of ongoing capital projects. Prior to PREG, Mr. Lambeth served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Sky Zone. In that role he oversaw all aspects of Construction (management and field operations), Design & Engineering, Procurement, Facilities Maintenance, Real Estate Development, and Product Research & Development for 250+ locations. Mr. Lambeth has a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mark Harding

  • Mr. Harding serves as the President of 1st Call Services, Post Investment Group’s wholly owned Construction Management Company. Mr. Harding’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the scope creation, bidding, contracting and review of all capital-related projects. In addition, Mr. Harding creates and implements all training curriculum for the 1st Call Services training program and maintenance classes. Prior to 1st Call Services, Mr. Harding served as the Vice President of Facilities for American Housing, Senior Director of Maintenance and Training for Southwest Housing, and Regional Service Manager for Gables Residential. Mr. Harding has advanced training from the National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE), as well as The National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE).

Michele Butler

  • Ms. Butler serves as the President of TAM Residential, Post Investment Group’s wholly owned Property Management Company. Ms. Butler leads the company’s strategic expansion growth plan nationwide and is also responsible for profit-and-loss performance on all portfolios within her oversight. Ms. Butler led Cushman & Wakefield (f/k/a Pinnacle) as a Senior Managing Director of Operations for the state of Texas over a diverse portfolio of approximately 35,000 units with a large client base including institutional to high-net-worth ownership encompassing all product types. She began her career in various leasing and property management roles with Lincoln Property Company, Greystar, The Finger Companies, Riverstone, and Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Butler currently serves on the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas Board of Directors. She received her undergraduate degree in business with a minor in marketing from Tarleton State University (Texas A&M System) and she holds a Texas Real Estate License.
